This is what happens when you leave children alone for to long with scissors, printer paper and a big sister home from college who has a notion to cover the house in snow flakes. Now that I know that my children can cut such wonderful snowflakes. We are going to be sending all the extra ones that did not get hung up to help Sandy Hook. The PSTA of Connecticut has some wonderful ways to help listed here.Sending a snow flake will help the students at their new school have a wintery wonderland feel. I like the idea that my children will have the chance to something wonderful for children that don't even know, but have talked about. This is just one of the links my daughter used to make our snowflakes from, Martha Stewart.

We made snowflakes and taped them to the window next to our front door. But I LOVE the idea of hanging them from the ceiling and door frame! More snowflake making tomorrow! :) -Marie
