The Valentines Box

At our house if you are given an assignment at school to create something. Then it is your project and not mine (mom's)  to work on. Such is the case when it comes to Valentines Day boxes. This is what Bradley came up with, taping an empty Snack Pack box closed and cutting a hole for all those special Valentines he was going to receive.  He was very proud of  his box. Now, once he started cutting the hole, his daddy, and I both offered to help cut out hearts or get him something to cover the box in. But, he liked the idea of the words Snack Pack being seen by everyone as they put Valentines into his box. Let me just say " I love this boy."

  1. That's awesome! And I love that you put the responsibility on the children--not Mom, but you are willing to help. Good idea. :)

  2. Boys are so different from girls! I have 3 girls, 2 of which needed Valentine boxes this year. We crafted for hours. . . tiny hearts, glitter, hot glue, washi tape, etc. . . I think I am going to suggest the pudding box next year! Life to the full, Melissa @ DaisyMaeBelle
